Our commitment goes beyond food waste. Being organized as a worker cooperative is a social and political commitment.

In a world full of inequalities, we believe that this organizational and legal form allows us to restore balance and redistribute value more equitably. Moreover, this structure encourages democracy, which allows us to make better decisions: by the everyday life actors and for economic activity.

Creation of synergies between Montreal based companies. We wish to act as a catalyst for exchanges in order to develop partnerships and facilitate interactions between local players. We wish to be a link in a new ecosystem that is increasingly resilient.

We are committed to adopting eco-responsible practices in all of our activities (production, transport, packaging, etc.). Our activities only make sense if they have a positive environmental, social and economic impact.
